At first, I intended to talk about my professional career as a software developer and architect. The skills collected over the years and obtained certificates. But while reflecting, I concluded that it is not only important what technical skills someone has but more importantly, what kind of person someone is and why someone does what he does. So this is a page where I mainly wrote about myself. Whether it makes sense or not ...
Since the early years in my childhood, I started building Lego models, tree houses and sandcastles. Today I prefer cloud software. (I am highly interested in serverless technologies) Software may be my current playground, It did not stop with software. For example, I once devoted four months of my life to write a book and started a wholesaler for specialized Japanese matcha tea.
When I take a step back and look at my young adult life, I realize most of my decisions have been made because of my ambition to create or learn something. I try to be a creator in life, instead of a consumer.
From 2014 until the end of 2018 I tried to adventure as much as possible. Going from place to place to see the world, experience foreign food, drinks and conversations. I was curious what made the world turn for those other cultures around our magnificient globe. I was very fortunate to have experienced all the great, bad, easy and tough times during that period. It made me a different man. But to all things comes an end. Travel was a main focus of mine during that 4 year period and now it's time to shift focus.
It solves a lot of life's problems... Running is the habit that empties my head. Keeps me in shape and helps me live a stress-free life.
